A26 CONFERENCE FEES AND PAYMENTS
You can click this link to use the Arise Estimated Costs Spreadsheet to estimate your Conference Travel, Accommodations, Transfers, Excursion & Spending Money costs. This tool will help you plan your expenses and ensure a smooth conference experience.
Once you have submitted the A26 Travel Information Form, the Arise registrar will send you an invoice for the conference fees with instructions for sending electronic payments in your currency.
You can pay your accommodation, transfer, and excursion fees paid directly to Arise via one of the following payment methods:
1) Electronic Funds Transfer - You can make your payment for accommodation, transfer and excursion fees directly to our multi-currency accounts by direct electronic funds transfer. Bank details will be available on your invoice.
2) By credit/debit card on our secure online payment portal - click on your currency flag below.
3) Cash US dollars /EURO - You can pay your conference fees in cash at the Arise Registration Desk (Help Desk) at conference.
