Our Story.
In 2002, at a conference supporting Central Asia, the stories over tea were incredible...actually, unbelievable! Biographies of women living in Central Asia were whispered from one heart after another. "I was kidnapped and forced to marry a man I did not know." "I cannot share my faith in Jesus without fear of government persecution." "My husband bet my two children and I in a card game, and lost. We had to flee for our lives." These stories pierced the heart of one woman from the UK, and she was moved to pray, "God, you must do something!" He did.
God stirred the heart of this praying woman to stay a few days after the conference each year, and over tea, listen...listen to their stories and pray. The most amazing things began to happen! As their stories were heard and prayers were prayed in Jesus Name, souls were healed and hope returned! These magnificent women were returning to very difficult places transformed by the Gospel. They began ministering to women in their nations, pouring into them the same healing and hope they had received.
What began as tea with nineteen women those years ago, today is a vibrant ministry inspiring, healing and equipping thousands of Central Asian women... and beyond!
